Are you struggling with grief and finding it difficult to move on. As we all know it is very painful to lose a loved one, and at times loss of a loved one can seem to turn your life upside down and make it difficult for you to find joy and reason to move on. Last 18 months have been very difficult and tough for many families who have lost their loved ones due to Covid and other issues not to mention the difficulties of having to deal with lockdown and isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please join KKLT on 24th September at 7-9pm as we discuss how to deal with grieve and grieving process. In the panel, we will have 4 professional women who will talk about grieve, its effects and<br>skills on how to overcome grieve.
