2020 has been a difficult year and the continued lockdown has not made things easy. Isolation and loneliness alone can destabilise the best of mental states. During this pandemic, most people have lost their loved ones, others have lost their health, jobs, relationships, businesses….and the list can go on, not to mention the fear of the pandemic and what the future holds. Question is, how do we maintain our cool, I mean our mental and emotional wellbeing when all this is happening to us and around us?
